FLAP AND RIBS CUT

Chinese Infused Ribs

Prep Time: 20 Min  Cook Time: 2hr 30Min.  Serves 4

Ingredients

Goat Ribs
Chinese 5 Spice Powder 2 Tablespoons
salt  1 tablespoon
fresh ground black pepper 1 teaspoon

Method

Trim the fat cap from each rack of ribs as much as desired. Season the ribs liberally with mixed Chinese 5 Spice, salt and pepper,  then allow to marinate, preferably for 12-24 hours.
Wrap the ribs in baking paper or place in a covered baking dish.
Bake the ribs at 120 degrees for 2-2.5 hours, or until just tender.
Remove the ribs, chill to make cutting easier, then grill or cook in a pan until hot throughout.
